KNP attended a under sink leak at my investment property, called in by property manager. Charged $250 on first visit saying tested and fixed the leak. Tenent reported the leak was still there, then came in a quote for over $400 to replace pipes with no guarantee this would fix the leak. Got another plumber in who fixed the leak. I want let property manager use KNP, again but others seem to have had a good experience so maybe it was just the tradesman I got but can only go on personal experiance

I would avoid this business like the plague.No transparency regarding pricing and lame excuses to justify excessive charges.My advice is to definitely look elsewhere!
