I went with my coworkers and it was clean and beautifully decorated. The woman who did my nails was kind and gave great customer service; I did a pedicure, and she really massaged my legs and did a great job on my nails. I would definitely come back!
I asked for builder gel and the man & woman made a huge issue about it. Instead of giving me what I wanted they encouraged me to get SNS. I asked for very thin natural look and each nail is a different thickness, gauty and embarrassingly ugly. For $ 130 i will NEVER go back. Not even to get the nails soaked off. Its no wonder they are always empty. Avoid this place & go down the street!
This was my first time at KNP, and it was a great experience! I came in for a pedicure with some sore feet and toenails that were less than cared for recently. Ling did my pedicure, and this was sincerely the best pedicure I’ve gotten. She was so sweet and kind, but the muscles this girl has to massage my feet and legs was incredible. She took her time and made my feet feel so good and my toenails look great. I don’t get pedicures often, but I will absolutely be back and asking for Ling next time I get one.
