RecommendedAbsolutely AMAZING shop!! Great owners, managers and employees. I will be a lifetime customer of this shop. I live in Lexington KY and go to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg multiple times a year and I make it a point to stop by. Tons of hardware and juice selection. Greets you as soon as you walk in and makes sure you’re satisfied. Wish all shops was as amazing as KV!! TRULY THE BEST IN TENNESSEE.
We stopped in to the shop in Sevierville, TN this afternoon to see what the shop was like. The two gentleman that were working helped us tremendously. They helped me get the right coil in my mod & he even helped me change it. Not to mention, my boyfriend was having trouble with his batteries in his mod, the other man re-wrapped his batteries for him (free of charge). We had a horrible experience with the “owner”. My fiancé and I went into this location of the Knoxville Vapor, I grew up in sevierville and am a frequent user of this store when I am in town. Never have I have been asked to give them my ID. I completely understand the rules of selling tobacco and I would have been fine had the way that she requested it not been so disrespectful. Learning that I had not brought my ID she had told us that she would not be able to sell me anything seeing as how I did not have it, however it was... read more

We had an amazing experience! They actually knew what they were talking about. Not to mention having the "menu" of juice flavors on a tablet sorted into different types made it amazingly easy to find a juice to try. This is definitely my new vape shop!!
