Therapist is very caring and professional.
Always have gotten good care there.
I have been using this clinic for a long time and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff has always been great and I've received the care I needed when I needed it. I feel the VA gets bad press because of a few isolated incidents and people giving bad reviews tend to be the loudest. I know of a few other veteran friends of mine that have had great service as well from the VA.
I would like to say as a veteran this would not be a healthy choice of a clinic to attend, especially if your doctor is Dr. Wells. She was sitting on medical information that was for me to know and never informed me. It took another doctor in another state to tell me what’s wrong with my body, something she could’ve told me from the x-ray that she asked for.
