Walked in here to get a account for my wife. We were told to sit down after making an appointment. Then watched people go through the line. In and out of offices and no one tried to help us. So thank you for letting me know how much of low of respect for people you say you serve. So I'll be taking her to a more respectful bank to do business with.
If anyone thought it was a good idea to open an account at this credit union you would be wrong :( just got a letter like other members today that personal information was lost in a data breach. Tell me how many wants to "Join us now".Good morning...this credit union should be voted the worst credit union in Tennessee. Especially when a member have to deal with employees and managers like Kelly and Ashley. I closed and moved all of my accounts to Eastman Credit Union where they have exceptional dividends and some of the best... read more
Customer service doesn't exist at CC. Would not advise this credit union to anyone unless you like to argue with AI cause an employee can't help you!
