Knoxville Pointe Apartments has been my home for 3 years now. All of the staff from the maintenance crews to the management staff, especially Tracy and Stephanie are truly amazing and care about all the tenants. Living here you get the apartment living with a flare of family. It’s not just a job to them, they are sincere in what they do and treat everyone with the upmost respect. I’m proud to call Knoxville Pointe my home. — feeling grateful at Knoxville Pointe Apartments.
I’ve lived here almost 2 years and haven’t had any issues! Maintenance orders get done either same day or next day. The property managers are great and very patient! Everything is clean and looks amazing!
I have lived here 4.5 years and have seen the management pour into the property to make improvements for the residents. The pool, landscaping, painting, asphalt, signage, etc. has all improved tremendously. They have even improved the cosmetic features of the apartments with better flooring, fixtures, appliances, etc. the best part about living here is how helpful the management and maintenance teams are. Always available. Willing and able to help immediately with any issue. They’re very responsive.
