I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience living at Knoxville Pointe over the last two and a half years. We have been very impressed with the cleanliness, well-maintained amenities, and welcoming atmosphere. My favorite thing about Knoxville Pointe is that it has become the place where my husband and I are starting this new chapter together. We just got married after years of long distance and recently moved in, so this month has been especially special for us. Our apartment is clean, management is amazing and the neighborhood is so safe. We love how peaceful and welcoming the community feels and its proximity to the walking trail as a couple that enjoys the outdoors and we’re so excited to make our first memories together here!
This is a great place to raise kids, as the culture is truly diverse and it falls within the highly sought after Dunlap School district. The amenities including - the gym, swimming pool, green bench area and barbeque grilling area - make it a wonderful place to connect and enjoy leisure time with family. The maintenance and leasing office management support is very good.
Living here has been an absolute pleasure. The leasing office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly, responsive, and always on top of any requests. The complex is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Great amenities and convenient access to everything around Knoxville—highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable living space!
