Gene and his team (we had Kevin and Travis on our project) did great work for us. We had close to 1000sqft of LVP flooring installed. Gene made sure we were in clear communication throughout the whole process and checking in on if we were satisfied with the work his team was doing. Kevin and Travis treated our home with respect and care while they were here. We will be using Knoxville Home Renovations, LLC again for future projects!
Kevin had to redo another contractors floor and did a great job. Very friendly and courteous. Gene came to my home and looked at the previous contractors work and told me everything that was causing the floor to come apart and how he should have did the job. I knew then Gene and his crew are who I wanted. Would hire Gene, Kevin, and anyone from their crew again.
We recently had our kitchen totally remodeled by Knoxville Home Renovations. The owner, Gene, came out and looked at my kitchen and took measurements and sent them to Old City Kitchens to create a 3D model of how we could remodel. We were able to make a couple changes and it was really cool seeing what the end product would look like. Gene and team did a full remodel of our original 1980s kitchen. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Gene was very communicative throughout the process, the team always showed up on time and were very professional. I will definitely be calling them when we are ready for our next project.
If I could give Gene 6 stars I would. During his estimate of some possible work that we had been recommended by multiple structural engineers, he was the only one to take the time and really look into the ceiling and confirm that, hey, that beam they're telling us we need is already there. Saved us thousands all because he took his time to get it right when the others all had it completely wrong. Walked us through best next steps. Will be calling him first for any future work we need.
