So my compressor took a crap on me around 6:00 PM at night, called another shop that never called back or showed up. Called Jason he was honest about the time and got to me @9:00 PM figured out the problem even took me to try and find a part that night with no luck. He came back the next morning took me to get an Air Compressor down the road came back and installed it, up and running by lunch the next day. Awesome dude very far price for a call out, will use him again if ever the situation arises! Ty sir for the help!!

When our motorhome lost all its coolant on I-40 just out of Sevierville TN on a Saturday, hubby and I figured we'd have to spend the weekend at the shop. But they dropped everything and had us back on the road within 4 hours! They did great work and were fast but thorough. They even knew that our particular coolant system needed to be "burped" or the engine could sustain severe damage. I'd definitely recommend this place!!

These guys were great, efficiently getting to my location, going through the tractor and trailer to find my airleak concerns, fixing an airbag on my trailer and pointing me to the best place to get my warrantee fix taken care of on my air compressor issue! Thank you guys for your quick arrival and even faster diagnosis,great professionalism and knowledge! Would highly recommend their roadside service if you are broke down in the knoxville, tn area!!! Thank you guys

We were towed to Jasons shop and he got onto the repairs that were needed like we were the only rig he had to work on. He got us fixed and back on the road within hours and that is just unheard of out there today. Jason was very professional and he even had a lounge for us to wait in while the work was being done. I would highly recommend Knoxville Fleet Truck and Trailer to any RVer or trucker that has a break down.
