World class service! Mark and Matt took care of my boat after I came back from a trip to South Carolina. I drove straight to their shop after I called them while they n the way back and Matt troubleshot my problem, and not only fixed my problem, but made sure it wouldn’t happen again. I couldn’t be more pleased with their response. It’s great to see a boat center that cares about their customer.

Bought our boat from the other location at Norris Lake. Went to this location to get a Bimini for it. After multiple requests by email, phone and in person, requesting a price, months later we still have never gotten any response. Finally went to another dealer and get a response the next day. The folks at Norris Lake were OK, even thought the boat was delivered pretty dirty, but the new location not so much.
