My time is very valuable to me. I set aside time to schedule an estimate for a new roof and gutters with Knox’s Construction. I spoke with them on the phone to set it up. Then I received an email with specific confirmation of the date, time and my address. There I was, wasting my day waiting around for Armand to show up. But nobody ever showed up. Certainly not interested in business. Attempted to get an estimate, but informed that they "have families," and don't provide estimates on weekends or after 5. Sorry, some of us work traditional business hours and by the way, we have families too.
Great job and complete professionals. Great job cleaning up our yard after the job was done. They made sure everything was protected while ripping off the old roof. From start to finish they made sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend them and their team.
Caleb helped me a great deal, showing how they would replace my gutters and downspouts, and how best to repair and replace some damaged or missing soffit and fascia. Tom and his crew were great. They only took a day and a half. Their work was top-notch! Cleaned up everywhere perfectly afterwards. I am very pleased with how everything turned out. Would highly recommend them!
We had our roof replaced, gutters replaced with leaf guards, and new sky lights in December 2025. Our roof was replaced following a heavy snowfall. We voiced concerns that the snow would make it difficult to appropriately clean the fallen nails and bits of metal that inevitably result from roof replacement and which would pose a safety concern for ourselves and our dogs.
