You may have to wait at times or sometimes you may think you’ve been “forgotten “ but they always call, they even call back if you miss it, especially now as down a main doctor the poor reception staff getting yelled at when taking calls putting through forms doing anything needed they do it and still smile, Igor is the best doctor out always trying to help me so I get better, it’s been almost 15 years going there and I’m dreading the thought of finding a doctor who cares, thank you drs ‘ reception 👏👏👏
Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the doctor today on the Telehealth phone call. Expects me to come in even though I’m well. Even though I said the tablets are working well and told them the neurologist said he doesn’t need to see me unless my Health situation changes. By the sounds of the doctor, thank god they closing down end of May 2024

Such a great practice, they have a nurse there most of the time and are happy to take on your current medical issues head on. They deal with addiction, dermatology and just your all round care. My doctor is dr Mariam Abbass who works her heart out for that clinic always running around making sure she has done your job properly. The staff at Colchester are so helpful and nice and always help when I am let down by the staff at the knoxfield one. Robin is so unhelpful, short and has absolutely no people skills. Possibly rudest receptionist ever. And this isn’t coming from just myself. I have friends who go there and they said the same thing. She is nasty and can’t be bothered doing her job.
