As a new customer, the team at Knox Automotive were exceptionally helpful for a complex situation I had that required support with VicPol. They were able to fit my vehicle in at short notice, across two days and communicated every step of the way, without confusing us with industry wording. Their prices are appropriate for the work they complete and am looking forward to having them complete future services and maintenance of my car.

I got my car serviced quite awhile ago. Originally I decided not to complain and just accepted it. However recently my partner got screwed over as well which has sparked me to share my experience. First off Knox automotive charged me an Excessive amount for the service in comparison to other mechanics, in this charge was the cost for new break pads.
