3 out of 4 of my dogs tested positive for Lyme disease and the vet did not tell me. My dog Daisy died from kidney failure because had I known she tested positive for Lyme disease I would of bought the medication. I would of taken her to the vet sooner and maybe she would still be here. By the time she was acting sick it was too late. I have been going to this vet for 5 years. Everyone there is so nice.
Today was a very sad day for our Family. Mister kitty was 20 years old last month and today with the comfort and support of the staff at the Knox Veterinary Clinic Mister went home to Jesus. I cannot say enough about how caring and understanding they were with both my self and my fur baby! Thank you all so much, Your Amazing! God Bless💙
I adopted a sweet little Pug who was reported to me to be a patient of this Vet. When I called them to try and find out the status of her shots, when they are due, and any health conditions she may have, they wouldn't tell me anything because I am not the original owner. I wasn't asking for her social security number and bank info. I wanted to be able to give her continuity of care, but they had absolutely no interest in helping me do that, nor did they seem to mind losing this dog as a patient as I will take her elsewhere f... read more

Took my husky into the clinic in August. The Dr. did nothing but give her meds and didn't even know what was wrong with her. Now today she is dead..... if only the Dr would have run some tests or something on her maybe she would still be here... DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE A JOKE...🤬
