Knox is definitely a company I would recommend. Dane was my contact that I dealt with. Ashton reached out towards the end and asked how our experience was. Overall communication was superb. There were some things that sucked but it happens.
Knox was extremely helpful after Hurricane Ian destroyed our roof. They assisted with navigating us through the legal process and patiently assisted us while we dealt with insurance. They just recently replaced our entire tile roof and did an amazing job. Ashton, the project manager, was extremely helpful. He was very responsive to any of my questions/requests and went above and beyond to find answers if he wasn’t sure. We’re so happy to finally have our roof replaced after two long years and we have Knox to thank for that.
