Originally we were quite happy and thought that things all checked out and had them do a small repair on our brand new home. This was in June. We returned this week and there is still a leak. Now we can not reach anyone at Knox Services. We were told that they were connected to an Indiana company and we called there and they said definitely not! Again, a Southwest Florida business that can not be trusted!
