I found Knox and John when my last longtime alarm company failed me. John was great in accommodating me and getting me set up with Knox. I have had a couple of alerts on my box indicating an issue. John was prompt to respond, come out, and remedy the situation. I’ve been very pleased with Knox and recommend them a a solid choice.
