Dr Danny Chan was in charge of an elective surgery that was meant to fix my extremely damaged nose. I have had breathing problems my entire adult life and still to this very day. He put me on a waiting list for the Monash hospital in 2016 and said that it may take upwards of 2 to 3 years at that point. Come 2019, I still hadn't heard a peep about my operation. Sent away with nasal spray had 2 or 3 consultations,nose and now my throat and ear Have packed up. Can't afford the hundreds of dollars without resolution
Waited a month to see Dr Chan only to have him check my ears and throat and send me off for a hearing test. No explanation regarding my ct scan and vertigo. All of 3 mins for my appointment. It was like I wasn't worth his time.
Mr Danny Chan is a terrific and extremely professional specialist. He was my consulting doctor at Knox Hospital and took great care of me during my stay. He is also a skilled surgeon, I had a Tonsillectomy last month with no issues. I was given very informative information regarding recovery. I would highly recommend Danny Chan.
