I called into the office and Lilly answered the phone, she answered all of my questions with patience and grace! Thank you Lilly for making a icky situation a little easier

I hardly ever do reviews for businesses, but I had to give the Newnan Knox team 5 stars (more if I could). They answered the phone at 4:30 p.m. on a Friday and had someone out here Monday. Brian was fantastic coming out for the inspection for birds in our vents/attic and Kevin went above and beyond taking care of the issue. Will be moving our quarterly service to Knox based on these great interactions. Glad to see customer service still being prioritized these days. Great team.
