Update: District Manager, Taylor, reached out and was very understanding. Got everything taken care of. Thank you. I have tried to email and call several times about an issue with service. I told the technicians prior to my last service in September that they should not come back and service the home because the builder provided the warranty and service for the home until that time. In September they still came back to the home when I was not there and it created a final bill for me and not the builder. To avoid collections ... read more

I told the technicians prior to my last service in September that they should not come back and service the home because the builder provided the warranty and service for the home until that time. In September they still came back to the home when I was not there and it created a final bill for me and not the builder. To avoid collections I paid the balance anyway after several notices.
