David Girdner is really excellent. He is extremely professional and really patient, he listens to my concerns and is very attentive to my issues. He truly goes above and beyond. I am extremely impressed and grateful for his service.
We’ve never had any issues with the techs, but we are cancelling our termite bond with Knox because Stephanie does not accept boundaries, nor does she accept no as an answer. We just had a tech show up, again, without us scheduling the service. So previously, we have not been home and had to send them away, or days like today where we’re all sick in the house and not in the mood to deal with pest control on a day we didn’t schedule them. Brandon and Mike at Knox Pest Control are amazing! They are always professional, friendly, and take care of everything quickly and thoroughly. They explain the process clearly and made sure we’re comfortable the whole time. It’s hard to find great customer service these days which is why I’m leaving a review. Highly recommend them if you want top-notch service and real results!
I’ve been a customer for 9 months and I’m happy with the service Knox’s knowledgeable technicians have provided. Damien was my technician today and he was so helpful with advising me on some additional steps I could take to further improve my lawn care and pest control needs. Just extremely thorough and knowledgeable.
