David Girdner is really excellent. He is extremely professional and really patient, he listens to my concerns and is very attentive to my issues. He truly goes above and beyond. I am extremely impressed and grateful for his service.
We’ve never had any issues with the techs, but we are cancelling our termite bond with Knox because Stephanie does not accept boundaries, nor does she accept no as an answer. We just had a tech show up, again, without us scheduling the service. So previously, we have not been home and had to send them away, or days like today where we’re all sick in the house and not in the mood to deal with pest control on a day we didn’t schedule them.
