Gary is sort of like the good relative that stops by. He does a incredible job and takes care of any concerns that you have. Always on point.
Ian came out today to investigate what I thought were termites. First of all I got the appointment in less than 24 hours. Second he was prompt and such a pleasant gentleman!! He checked around the entire house and found nothing. I really enjoyed meeting this gentleman. Finally I asked what did I owe for his inspection and he informed me $0!!! I will definitely call Knox in the future when I need an exterminator!! Fabulous experience!!
