The dealership was extremely unprofessional and disorganised. Initially, the dealer invited me to test drive a used car, unaware that it had already been sold. Then he asked me to try a demo car, but after I drove 40–50 minutes to them, the demo wasn’t there either. A few minutes later, he claimed it had been in an accident, then pushed me to look at a new car that didn’t meet my needs, because they didn't supply a substantial discount after all these issues! Came to look at a car that was advertised and was told it was not available and was at the panel shop. My suggestion is that you should not advertise a car if it is not available especially on a Saturday. I drove 3 hours. Not happy at all.
Editing my previous 5 star review after my recent experience with the Service Department. They claimed to want to help me when they saw my devastation in the cost of repairs of a car I adored and purchased brand new from them only 7 years ago. However they just proved to be very dishonest, suggested fraudulence for a goodwill claim and just fed me lies.
