I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Knox Mitsubishi — things have definitely gone downhill since Dwayne left. My 2021 MR Triton GLX-R ended up needing repairs after the DPF service light came on, which I was later told was caused by the service department failing to reset the oil count properly at the previous service. I do not like being lied to. Buying this, my 12th vehicle over several decades, has been, without doubt, the worst experience of them all. Being told this vehicle had ONE previous owner, I paid a deposit, but every text or call from then on asking for the service records was ignored. I still arranged a flight to view, buy, drive back interstate, as I have for my previous seven vehicles, so that I get a roady holiday. Courteous, honest place. Car was in for service. Kept me updated and supplied a loan car, which was brand new GSR Triton with only 960km on the clock. Best service I've had from any dealer. Can certainly recommend and encourage all who go anywhere else to strongly consider swapping. Met at the drop off zone by very helpful staff that don't leave you waiting.
My partner, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying a car. We were particularly nervous when buying after hearing horror story’s of other dealerships. Our salesman, Jamie was prompt in response, eager to help and didn’t hit us with any sales pitch nonsense, which was refreshing! He even helped with transport for collecting the car. I can confidently recommend Knox Mitsubishi, and if you’re after a used vehicle, ask for Jamie!
Re-submitting as my old review got nuked. I purchased a car in 2020 from Knox Mitsubishi and the experience was great overall. I was treated respectfully, and the price was fair for the 2016 hybrid Camry I bought. Made good use of the capped price servicing they made available to me. Six years and 200,000kms later, this car is still going solid and tough and hasn't missed a beat with servicing and fluid changes.
