I have been coming to this clinic for over 15 years and I can say with confidence it is by far one of the best medical clinics. The ladies at reception are always so lovely, so accomodating and try their best to fit you in even if they’re having a busy day. The clinic has a range of doctors with various expertise who have always listened to me and provided me with excellent care. This practice always has a large choice of doctors and appointment times available making it easy and convenient to schedule your appointments via phone or via the Hot Doc App. The receptionists are lovely and polite and the doctors I have seen listen, show compassion and understanding and go above and beyond to care for your needs. I would recommend this practice to people looking for a new clinic or doctor as they have a good choice of doctors who specialise in all areas of health and well being.

I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. I brought my baby for an 8:30 am appointment, and after seeing the doctor, we needed an urgent PCR test. We waited until 9:40 am, while several patients who arrived after us were seen and finished before us. I told reception it was urgent and asked several times how much longer we would need to wait and how many people were ahead of us, but they couldn’t give me any information.
