I purchased a used Toro mower from Knox Garage in Ankeny, IA via Facebook Marketplace. The listing stated it was serviced, with a sharpened blade and fresh oil. When I arrived, the first mower he showed me started smoking. He then sold me another one that appeared okay. After getting it home, I discovered it had not been serviced at all. The mower is in poor condition, and when I contacted the seller to request a refund, I was told I was “harassing” him.
