I visited Knox Ford to purchase a new F-series Ford truck a few months ago. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease with my browsing. I did not feel pressured at all and the sales staff helped me to find the perfect truck. I have had no problems with my F150 and have used the service department for oil changes, with the same, superb service quality as my sales experience. Knox Ford will definitely be my future dealer for any future vehicle purchases.
While my 2006 super crew F-150 FX4 was getting repairs at Tri County Ford in Radcliff, KY. the truck caught fire due to some type of welding that was being done. Tri County first gave me the options of putting me in another truck or repairing mine. After I chose to have them replace it, they found out that I had just bought the truck.
