I must say do not get your vehicle serviced here I don’t know if it is unskilled technicians or that they just don’t care my previous service they failed to connect pipe work in the engine causing it to breakdown in the middle of nowhere costing me money to get it running again. This most recent service was just as bad an experience the way they left the engine bay was terrible dirty and spilled oil and didn’t connect clips to air filter they also broke the side panel on drivers side which they refused to take responsibility... read more

This was my first time dealing with Knox ford and the purchasing process was super simple and easy. Colin was great, very informative, answered all my questions promptly and was never over the top- we did it mostly via text and email as I live approx 1 3/4 hrs away and have terrible phone reception.
