Craig turned up when he said he would to give us a quote, the quote was fair and reasonable. He then returned on time to do the job as per our agreement, we are very happy with the work Craig has carried out and would have no hesitation in recommending him. Don't waste your time. Craig asked a bunch of questions re job and then went 'he doesn't do shared boundary fence jobs'. Well shouldn't that be the first question asked of any potential customer.

I couldn't recommend Craig from Knox Fencing more highly. He is without question the best tradesman I've ever dealt with for any job - ever! Craig reached out so promptly after I submitted an enquiry, and got out within 24 hours to do a quote. I was at work when he went over to do my quote, and he called me when he was there to run through everything I'd requested to make sure he had captured everything I was after. Don't bother with Craig, he is rude and unprofessional and doesn't keep his word on timelines. In fact in this case he chose not to even provide a quote and was clearly annoyed when I followed up 7 days later to find out where the quote was. His words were after I informed him we were obtaining other quotes "No worries I won't bother then" "Whatever mate, I said by end of week and you start playing other quotes against me.
