Second time renting large equipment from Knox. First time at West Chester location and this time from Downingtown. Great experiences both times with delivery and pick up and customer service at desk. This time was especially impressive as I rented a 40’ rough terrain scissor lift. The driver Jimmy was great at drop off and pick up. Fantastic outfit. We have purchased 2 machines from these guys over the past 2 years. Easy to deal with, everyone is knowledgeable in the appropriate departments. We recently had an issue with a newer TL75 (fantastic Machine by the way), turns out it was a known recall. They were able to get us back up and running quite quickly. I would recommend for any one looking for machinery purchases. I suspect the rental division of Knox is a solid experience as well.
