I had the pleasure of meeting Kamal, who was overseeing my Cherokee for additional maintenance work I requested. Kamal was able to address a couple of my technical questions regarding the car. In doing so, he also sourced information from the Lead Tech for me to be well informed. Kamal is very pleasant, a gentleman and very willing to help.
