Frank's Great. His mannerism, promptness, honesty and professionalism were greatly appreciated as I am located in country Victoria, and I had to deal with Frank remotely (phone/online). This being the case the only chance or opportunity to view the vehicle physically was upon full purchase/pickup day. I am happy to say i was definitely not disappointed, because in person Frank was very easy to deal with, a good bloke and I got the vehicle I wanted (ISUZU DMax) at a fair price and in excellent condition.
