Poor customer service
We arrived with a limping camper first thing in the morning unannounced and were seen immediately. They had us back on the road in 30 mins. Top service and an absolute gent
My boys electric surron needed new tyre and service .very fast turnaround and reasonably priced .will be using again in future .
Got my car back today after a roof bar disaster can't even see where the damage was fantastic service would highly recommend
We found Alan and the team at Knox Brothers after our garage closer to home couldn't fix our car. Alan spent a good few hours trying to work out what was wrong with it and eventually found the problem. He dealt with our warranty company and kept us up to date. Car now driving as it should be. We're very grateful for his expert knowledge on diesel engines. Left knowing how to look after our car. Wish we lived closer because we'd be using Know Brothers regularly. Thanks so much again. Highly recommend Alan and his team.
