Terrible communication! I paid for a product, wasn't giving a correct ETA for almost 4 days for a local pick up. I needed a part in a certain timeframe and I expressed that politely. Today, It became a problem when I was told it was at the location for pick up then told it wouldn't be ready until Monday or Tuesday. I was patient and kind. I just wanted a straightforward answer on if the part I paid for could be here Friday at the latest. Instead, I got excuses and passive aggressive treatment for no reason
READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY Words can not describe how deeply deeply angry I am at this company. I live near nashville, so they told me they would deliver their part to a local store, it didnt show up after I drove an hour to get it. They then said they would deliver it to my place free of charge to make up for it the next day. It was the wrong part completely, not even remotely close. Terrible customer service. Dude at the front desk was very unhelpful, made empty promises and made a very simple transaction nearly impossible.(Still have yet to receive our purchased item as I write this review)
I give 4 stars but if I could give 5 for Jared I WOULD !!!! ( preferably 10 his customer service is THAT good! ) but I have to take one off cause of the attitude from Hansley.. they sent me a broken part and they knew they sent it and then they made it right of course by mailing me out another part EVEN THO it wasn’t the right one but I had to wait for so much longer just to even get it so I just rigged the broken one. but Jared was the one that was very helpful on the whole situation very patient very kind.
