Psychiatrist and Psychologist were very good, but receptionist named Mary was dishonest and miserable/at times impossible to deal with. For all the talent there, why can't they afford to hire a good receptionist??? Otherwise, I would have given this business five stars.
I have a few client's who attend here for counseling, so I have had the opportunity to shadow some sessions, and meet multiple counselors here. The staff are all super friendly, the counselors know what they are doing, and the client's I work with have all been extremely happy with their services and continue to see the providers here.
I called and had a 30 second conversation with the receptionist. Her simple answer was that I needed to be a patient there for at least a year. Gee, thanks for not even asking if I needed help or wanted to start seeing someone at your office.
