I had Chuck as my service tech and he diagnose my issue quick and resolved it, i would recommend Knowles Onsite Repair to anyone. I was stranded for almost two days in Mobile Alabama and had a previous service company come out on the first day and falsely diagnose it and just wanted to tow me. Thanks to Knowles Onsite repair they were able to fix my issues.
