Didn't fix the problem just changed parts
The worst service you can get on the road, they just lie that they would fix the damage and they did nothing. They just charge a high fee for doing nothing. What a huge disappointment this place has to offer.
Right up front, Knowles Onsite Repair has been renamed FleetPride. The change happened about a year ago. Many of the same people who worked for Knowles continued their employment status with FleetPride. Really good group of people to deal with.
This is no longer Knowles Onsite that took care of us for 30 years, they are now part of Fleetpride and they do not do any after hours calls because they can't take payments. If you don't have an account with Fleetpride your are screwed.
