No, just no. Unfortunately it takes more than a friendly voice to do a job the right way. Multiple appointments scheduled at their convenience, staying home from work four times only to have no one show, or not know how to fix the broken part. To get a call saying my part was in, could I stay home the next day for the repair only to have someone call me the next day to ask if the part was delivered to me directly because they couldn't find it anymore. Overpricing under delivered, if you are not a business they send you a bottom of the barrel technician. Thank God my mechanic was working at my house when they serviced my furnace, he called me because he noticed smoke pouring out of every window if he wasn't there I wouldn't have a house right now definitely go elsewhere save some money and your home.
High prices, low quality work, & sneaky billing. Would not recommend Knowles Mechanical for any plumbing work.
I was very pleased with the service this team provided. I live on an island where it’s not always easy to get someone quickly. They had a team at my door within 24 hours. They were courteous and careful. I highly recommend them.
I had Knowles Mechanical come to The Village Grill (Simmons Grill) to in stole sheet metal for my new pizza oven in my grill. In a very prompt notice clean and fast manor the technicians that came were very professional and friendly very knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely and clean manor!
