Avoid this company at all costs. Incompetent workers and a terrible corporate attitude. I hired Knowles to fix a non-functioning fireplace. It worked for about five minutes after the first service call, then conked out again. The company charged me for a second service call nonetheless. When I phoned to discuss the charge, the office was rude and dismissive. I suggested we resolve the issue in small claims court.
