Friendly staff and reasonable prices for a medicine preparation that my cat will take without scratching my eyes out.
Knowles Apothecary is has provided my office and my patients with quality prescriptions and excellent service!
I was told my cat’s thyroid meds would cost $49 — no mention of a shipping fee. Then my card was charged $65 without warning. When I called to ask why, the staff gave me attitude, blamed me for “asking for shipping” (I didn’t), and were dismissive instead of helpful. One rep even hung up on me. Terrible communication and worse customer service.
Knowles Apothecary is a National Treasure. One of the few certified compounding pharmacies in the country. They are small but mighty. They have compounded specialty medicines for out 21 year old cat who wouldn’t be alive without them. On top of their professional stature, the staff are the most pleasant and helpful ever and the pharmacists are so responsive. Please tell everyone!
