I am writing about Knowles Central 27 ave miami I have been going to Dr Wise since 1976 He is the best vet my dogs have ever known but since he sold his clinic to VCA money maker everything has changed The manager is extraordinarly rude and after I complained he told me that he cancelled my appointment 6 days post operation with Dr Wise leaving me crying about my dog sickness .This manager should not be there he sure does not care about dogs ,just money and power .When I told him that the DR cannot be aware of his doing... read more

THE WORST!!! Had an emergency this morning with our 3 month old pup. Called Knowles and spoke with a very helpful person who told us to bring him in at 5:30am. When we arrived a very arrogant attendant said they were not accepting walk ins. I explained we hung up 20 minutes ago and was told to bring him in immediately. She could not care less. After iI argued, she agreed to have his vitals checked which they did. Then told us to come back later or go see our own vet. Zero compassion. Unprofessional. stay away.

Terrible and a scam - they charge for everything even just changing a bandage on my dog. Unpleasant staff.

I went with my very sick baby doggie who I loved as a daughter, who was with me for many years and who I lost but will forever live in my memories and my heart. We arrived and upon checking her and some previous labs that I brought in from another animal clinic, The Doctor recommended to euthanize her, so I consented because I could notbear to see my baby suffering any more, she was doing pretty bad. I went to this animal clinic and was told my dog was so sick it was recommended to eithanize, so we did. They said they offered to have my dog sent to Humane Society crematorium in Broward Co, and I paid $250 for private cremation of my dog. They called me yesterday to pick up the remains, so I was handed a wood box in a purple velvet bag and no microchip? I have been calling ever since asking them why my pet's microchip was not returned to me and they say they never heard of this!? I spoke to the manager Ketha, and she did ... read more

We had brought one of our dogs on July 25th because she was bleeding in one nostril, they check us in, got the dog inside my dog was seen by Dr, Goldberg, she was, humble, friendly, understanding and you could tell her love for animals. They did a blood test and janice, my dog, was diagnosed with Ehrlichiosis, she prescribe some medicine and told us to take her to her vet next day, we did, she was ok until tonight 08/10/20. she has a couple symptoms that make us worry so we took her again to Knowles we called first, we t... read more

I have been coming here for my pets for a long time . They are caring and doctors are great . However, since they have been sold the front is being run by a young group of girls .. needs better supervision as far as flow is concern . The wait to be seen or picked up takes a long time . I would say what needs work is there front desk rest of the staff is great .
