Left a message a week ago trying to book a service call and nobody has called me back. Poor customer service.
Jay is great! I hate having plumbing issues but Jay always comes promptly and fixes it up for us. We are off grid and in the bush, so having tradesmen willing to come out isn't always easy. He is professional yet personable and funny and always takes a few minutes to chat with my kid before he leaves. I won't call another plumber for our Long Lake property.

Come same day as called ,no time figuring out what was wrong with our water pressure!!
Jay is so reliable and has helped us out on two occasions when we had no water. He came ASAP! Highly recommend Jay Knowler!! He is a great guy!
