I normally don’t write reviews, but this time I felt I had to. We had a very disappointing experience with this company, and I want others to be aware before using their services. Our walk-in freezer was running but not holding the correct temperature. Joel came out and charged $150 plus tax for a diagnostic, which we were fine with. Easy to book an appointment. Aaron called before coming. Aaron was professional from initial contact all the way through the service call. Aaron was efficient, fixed our thermostat problem and provided good advice. Thank you Aaron!!
Have used Knowledge HVAC and Refrigeration three times, once for a make up air issue that no-one else could seem to fix properly, twice for refrigeration issues. I had two other refrigeration experts look at a problematic compressor both concluded a new build was necessary, ( $7,500), Aaron from Knowledge HVAC spent 45 mins looking at the problem and concluded the issue was a valve that was not functioning correctly (sticking in one position) this was quickly resolved the next day. Thorough and friendly. From finding out information, booking appointment, to installing the tank, I didn't have any issues communicating with them and I was helped with great customer service! They proactively call you back if they miss your call, or even when you send an email. Replacement process took 3-4 hours like they mentioned, and took care of the old tank complimentary. Thank you!
