Explained when making an appointment that the toilet flush pipe is leaking and need to replace it with new plumbing with an elbow joint. 1. Will not tell how much it would cost. 2. Did not telephone prior to calling on disabled person, just turned up 3. By the time I got there he had already done the work and told me that toilet was not securely fitted and was wobbly. 4.
