Great experience with Susan. She’s helped me understand what it is my brain is actually doing, and what it needs. That is clarity no one else has been able to give me. With that knowledge I’ve been able to build a roadmap that describes how I ended up with the mindset I had when I started working with her. For me, the clarity has helped me reduce my anxiety levels around learning, and frankly most tasks, and increase my sense of control. Highly recommended to work with her if you are looking to understand yourself better.
I recently completed 10 sessions with Susan, and opposed to the earlier reviewer, I believe Susan has a lot of insight into the ADHD mindset.
