Rick is amazing. In addition to performing a detailed inspection, he spent the time walking through and explaining some of the priority fixes to us. The inspection report we received was very detailed with pictures and suggestions on repair strategy. We had a few follow up questions afterwards and Rick went above and beyond to help out. I highly recommend Know Your Home Inspection Services to anyone in the SCRD.

Whoever seeing my review for inspector Rick Souter here, if you take my word seriously, it will save you a whole lot of headaches down the road. Rick did our house inspection in June 2020, it is the definitely the beginning of a nightmare.
