Ordered an update to a survey on 03/25/2025. Was told by Matt that it would be 2 weeks to get it done. 3 weeks later and multiple calls and emails have gone without a response. Not even a courtesy call to say they were running behind. BEWARE of Know It Now and KIN Surveyors
