My surgery was at the beginning of April, on the 6 hour flight home (a Sunday evening) I got ridiculously swollen due to the altitude. I text Ty and she coordinated getting me in the following day! She is very professional and knowledgeable. Her massages alleviated all the pressure and fluids I was retaining in my back. Knova dream spa is the best! From post op care, to waxing, Tyler is very knowledgeable. She always puts her clients first and creates a package that Tailors to your needs. I recently had cosmetic surgery and so thankful for Tyler being there every step of the way. I love visiting her for my monthly waxing to catch up, she really is the best<3
