Amazing. Honestly that isn't enough to describe a session at Knotty Xpressions. She's has expanded but it still feels cozy like her small shop. You feel welcomed and the light uptempo smooth music just relaxes you while you wait for the best hair washing experience. I usually run my mouth, but when I hit that shampoo bowl, good night. Lol. I’ve been coming here for the almost 2 years now. Jyrisha started my locs and I come back once a month to get my retwist. Every style comes with a wash , head massage, oil treatment, and any simple style. If you want double strands those are a little extra since they take more time. With every appointment you get to fill out a form with preferences for your appointment including longer head massages, snacks, or products you’ll like to purchase at checkout. Simone did such a great job. Content deleted due to privacy and family dynamics changing) Knotty Xpressions is the only place I will consider going forward. Thanks! (We came with our hair freshly washed and detangled $65) Due to laws and potential consequences i had to remove the meat of my original post and delete video/pics. Overall, I was super impressed by how easily and effortlessly she works with children (specifically a 2 year old). The style was amazing and i felt like a friend not a customer THANKS SIMONE)
