Our little Weiner dog Ozzy is very timid but when I pick him up I’m told he has been very good and he shows off how cute he is.
I was debating leaving a review but after some time I’ve thought I should share my experience. I don’t leave reviews but I had to this time, I heard them yelling at the dogs and foul language. It was not only inappropriate but very unprofessional. I also felt uncomfortable with the person at the desk as I feel like they gave me attitude. Over priced for the “service” they say they provide. I didn’t get a service done by Knotty Paws… But, this morning a darkish grey truck with the name/logo in the back window && the passenger windows bought my Scooters Drink && Burrito… This made my entire month! I wanted to thank this person, but they drove off to fast && I tried calling but no answer.. I did leave a message for a call back. You have no idea, how this impacted my day!
