I took my longhair cat here to get cleaned up and trimmed! I opted out of the bath option, but it only took an hour or so. The groomer did a great job even though my cat got a little spicy when she attempted to groom certain areas of him. I really did not need anything extravagant, so what she was able to do was fantastic! Thank you!
The quality had gone down drastically. It is extremely disappointing especially when they charge so much for quality plus other add ons! As soon as you walk in the door it smells like pee. 😷 no homey feel here unless you hoard animals!! Staff had been rude a few times as well. Definitely will not be coming back.
I am just obsessed with my groom from Knotty Paws! Did you know they do cats too? The staff was friendly and Sandy never looked better! And the price was totally reasonable. They do such a good job!
I won’t be take my puppy back here ever again.
