If I could leave less than 1 star I would First I tried 2 different Saturday’s to go to the salon and talk to someone about starting locs for my son. Because what hair salon isn’t open on Saturdays? Apparently this one. Called a few times both visits and the phone was never answered. Then my son had a friend at school who said this was his Aunt’s salon and I should call this number. Did that. My appointment was for 11am. I called at 9 when they opened. I had so many questions and a time frame to be done by that she said to come in for 10. I went in without my own hair. I didn't know I should have brought my own. Lesson learned. She made it such a fun and relaxed experience for my first time EVER getting any extensions or braids. She did her thing and had me out athat door by 330pm!! I thank you Nikki and I will definitely be back and I will plan it better.
