Knotts did a phenomenal job with our vehicle from start to finish. Jerry helped us. He communicated well and gave updates and even worked with us through a hick up. My car looks so good. They did an awesome job detailing it. There was sap on the top that I’d been trying to get off for over a year that is now completely gone. I am beyond satisfied with their work and customer service. I highly recommend them.
I visited this establishment today to replace a blown headlight which required the bumper to be removed. Being that i was a walk in, they gave me the best estimate of the day and took my car straight back. Was done in no time. I wish I could give them five thumbs up and I highly recommend for all your body and paint needs. Very friendly and professional staff. Saved me a lot of time and money versus what the dealership was going to charge. Perfect timing

The best experience I’ve ever had with a collision center! A deer ran into my car, and after filing with USAA, I was able to drop it off at Knott’s immediately. They walked through the damage with me and explained what would likely be needed for the repair. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, worked super quickly, and when I got my car back it looked fantastic — they even detailed the interior! 10/10 recommend Knott’s.
