I live in a rental and knotts is the landscaping company that started here this year with a new landlord. They are not worth having come in, they come whenever, no schedule, they don’t do the edging with the weed wacker, they ignored a few mulch beds when they came for spring clean up, they ignore some areas behind a stretch of units and don’t mow it so it’s already overgrown. They took over a contract for my apartment complex this year and it is the worst landscaping I have ever seen here. They barely mow the grass, there are ticks everywhere due to it, and the flowers are the saddest flowers I have ever seen planted in this apartment complex, basically all dead already anyway. They park in the middle of the road and have no cones set up to help with traffic safety. I wish the management company didnt switch to the clearly “cheaper option”

Beware of the services from this company. Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Knott’s was paid $7900 to install plantings adjacent to newly built house. Contract provided a one year warranty. Some plants died in less than a year. I made numerous calls and a simple request to honor the contract and received no response. Avoid any work with Knotts. Seek a professional company.

Two nights in a row they have been speeding around Amherst. Clearly if you’re speeding in your work vehicle you don’t have much pride in your business. Given that it was around 8pm on a weekend I suspect it was an owner and looked like a female driving.
