Absolutely the most professional and respectful service company we have worked with. Their landscaping and hardscape services were amazing. Our project spanned two years and the continued professionalism from Eric, Stephen, Kevin and Jim cannot receive higher compliments from my family and I. The project was custom at every turn and their skilled staff, top notch subs and imagination made the outcome better than what we could have imagined.

I live in a rental and knotts is the landscaping company that started here this year with a new landlord. They are not worth having come in, they come whenever, no schedule, they don’t do the edging with the weed wacker, they ignored a few mulch beds when they came for spring clean up, they ignore some areas behind a stretch of units and don’t mow it so it’s already overgrown. They took over a contract for my apartment complex this year and it is the worst landscaping I have ever seen here. They barely mow the grass, there are ticks everywhere due to it, and the flowers are the saddest flowers I have ever seen planted in this apartment complex, basically all dead already anyway. They park in the middle of the road and have no cones set up to help with traffic safety. I wish the management company didnt switch to the clearly “cheaper option”
