I had a small repair need for some wind damaged siding on the front of my house. My email request for help was quickly answered, and a very prompt visit was made to assess my needs. I was kept apprised of a likely day/time for the repair and the service was quickly done, as promised, some suggestions for further work (later in the year) were made to help with additional weather proofing. I reached out to Knott's Home Repair for some home siding damage. Alfie contacted me and we discussed what needed to be done. He looked at the job the same day and ordered the materials for the repair. He kept me in the loop waiting on supplies and was able to get the job done. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend their company. They are pricing another job for me now. Thanks for the quality of your work.
Our landlady hired Alfie to install a bathroom sink. After Alfie installed it we realized it was leaking. It took us months to get in touch with Alfie, while we were repeatedly trying. He did come and check the leak, but left before solving the issue. When we asked about it, he blamed the hardware and never followed up on what he said he would do. I would recommend to stay away from Alfie for home repairs.
Alfie and his team do amazing work! When there was an issue with a door at our place of business, I immediately thought to call Knott's. They were professional and had the issue fixed within a day of me contacting them. I highly recommend using them for any home improvement project you may have!
Alfie was wonderful to work with! I met him two years ago and remembered that he had this business and I’m so glad that I did. He was very responsive and happily said that he would be able to help a seller of mine repair some small cracks in the parge coat on a foundation wall.
